How quickly will Jade respond to my enquiry?
Jade aims to reply to every enquiry within 24 hours. During peak wedding season (May–September) replies may take up to 48 hours. If your event is within the next two weeks, please call directly on 07946 595154.
How far ahead should I book for a wedding?
Popular dates book up quickly, especially Saturday weddings between May and September. Jade recommends enquiring as soon as you have your venue date confirmed — ideally 9–12 months ahead. A pre-wedding trial is usually scheduled 6–8 weeks before the big day.
What areas does Jade cover?
Jade is based in Windsor, Berkshire, and regularly works across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and London. She is happy to travel further for weddings and editorial work — a small travel supplement applies for distances beyond 25 miles from Windsor.
Is a deposit required to secure my date?
Yes. A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date. Once the deposit is received your date is held exclusively for you. Full details of the deposit amount and payment terms are provided in Jade’s personalised quote and terms & conditions.
Do you offer trials before the wedding day?
Absolutely. A pre-wedding trial is strongly recommended for all brides and is held at Jade’s Windsor studio. During the trial you will design and test your exact look, discuss timings for the morning, and leave with a plan both you and Jade are completely confident in.
